Miso Glaze


  1. Place all vegetables (besides scallions) and fish on the prepared tray
  2. In a small saucepan mix together all ingredients for the glaze. Heat to a boil and then simmer for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens sufficiently.
  3. Spoon the miso glaze evenly over the fish *optional top with white and black sesame seeds
  4. Place in the oven at 425 for 12 minutes or until fish is completely cooked
