Miso Glazed Cod

Ingredients 4 (6 oz) pieces of Cod 2 red peppers 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms 1/2 cup scallions Miso Glaze 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons miso paste 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon honey Directions Place all vegetables (besides scallions) and fish on the prepared tray In a small saucepan mix together all ingredients for the glaze.
